Justin Brown began his love for functional fitness over 10 years ago when he was encouraged by a friend to get out of the local body building gym and try CrossFit. He was hooked immediately by the variety, intensity, and community. This is how V.I.C.E was born standing for Varied, Intense, Community Exercise.

After training at local boxes and around the world, Justin saw a need to create a modern, luxury box with strategic programming and quality coaching. His passion for health & fitness has shaped his life. Justin is a Doctor of Chiropractic, has a B.S. in Exercise Physiology, former Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has a CrossFit Level 1 Certification.

Shane is from South Africa where he trained to be a World Champion Kickboxer and 10th fittest Crossfit athlete in his country. He has a degree in Sports Science and CF L1. Working with various populations including professional athletes for over 10 years gives unique perspective on performance, health and wellness. Shane has traveled to over 30 countries and brings a unique well-cultured approach to training.

Health and Fitness has always played a big role in Cammie’s life but when she discovered Crossfit in 2014, her perception of fitness changed. “The strength and confidence I experienced inspired me to become a competitor and eventually a Crossfit coach. I have competed in several local competitions and received my L1-Certification in 2018. I want to share my knowledge and experiences as an athlete and fitness professional to help people reach their health and fitness goals.”

Nutrition Coach
Coach Liz is a mom of 3 and has experienced the powerful transformation of nutrition combined with fitness. After a decade of struggling to maintain weight and gain muscle, Liz discovered a plan that completely changed her own body and mind. She was inspired to get certified as a Nutrition Coach and now helps others discover the power of making eating good simple, fun, and effective.
